I'm trying to find a solution as well, but mine doesn't work at all. Change any of the variables and it works fine. Android phone with NordVPN enabled, connected toa TMobile tablet withcell hotspot enabled. That phone and NordVPN are fine on non-TMobile connections (ATT UVerse / XFinity / Verizon cellular).
