Re: Just got the tmobile android 12 update on my Oneplus 9pro global version and its causing issues
Personally, I would update and if it isn't to your liking, downgrade by using your Global MSM Toolkit. These kits take you back to Android 11. Here is a link to everything you need (including instructions). Just be sure to use the Global MSM and not the Indian/T-Mo/or EU version(s). Hope this helps! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PbVwsUqW8Zh1sJLgl4Uf-YMkzvr8PJt829Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Just got the tmobile android 12 update on my Oneplus 9pro global version and its causing issues
I'd try factory resetting the phone. If nothing, then use MSM toolkit to flash back to OS 11 and try updating again. Not to mention, hopefully a version of 13 could be another fix for you also..26Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Just got the tmobile android 12 update on my Oneplus 9pro global version and its causing issues
I just received my Android 13 update for my T-Mo OP9 Pro on 5/10/2023, and I now have a newfound love for this phone again. Yes, it is late as HELL, but I'm very happy with the update so far.26Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Is it possible to revert Android to the previous version? Android 12 is a disaster on the N200.
RickT wrote: Ever since my N200 was upgraded to Android 12 using the phone has been a horrible experience. Aside from having to provide approval to get almost every function to, well, function, some things are simply broken. Example 1: Press the square button after swiping up and the 'Close all' button does nothing. If I have three apps open, they have to be individually swiped up to close them. One. At. A. Time. Android makes the right-most app full screen again and displays a meaningless message about my phone being "in optimal condition" if I touch the 'Close all' button. Example 2: Responding to text messages is hit or miss. I often find that the keyboard will *never* appear so I'm unable to type a reply. Example 3: Before the upgrade I was able to change the volume of a Bluetooth speaker using the controls on the speaker itself. Now I *must* change the volume using the phone. How can I un-upgrade? T-Mobile's version of Android 12 is not ready for release. https://community.t-mobile.com/android-9/how-to-flash-back-to-os11-on-t-mobile-oneplus-9-pro-or-any-op-phone-45584?postid=170119#post17011927Visto1like0ComentariosRe: recommendations before upgrading le2127 to Android 12?

Which is why I also just copied the entirety of the internal storage files onto my computer just in case. I always dread when the OS upgrade comes around because settings get changed, backgrounds get lost somehow, notification alerts change, and then I gotta go through every page in the settings menu to get things close to how I had it before the upgrade… If this upgrade is awful, is there anything I need to do to be able to switch back to Android 11 and have all my settings intact? Just to list a few…… screen brightness changes for no reason, operational and navigational lag, refresh rate (120) slows down periodically, finger print reader and face unlock will randomly stop working. What is the game plan for t mobile to send out fixes to an update I didn't need? I had updated to OS12 on my OP9 Pro and I hated it. There are now too manyuseless features, not to mention a few of my most used features disappeared (such as the seconds on my clock in the notification bar, and the quick features by long pressing HOME, RECENTS, & BACK buttons.) So I used the MSM Download Toolkit to flash back to OS11, and I am going to use 11 until T-Mo releases 13. Here is the complete list of OP devices and their respective MSM Download Toolkit(s) associated with them. *Remember to always use the toolkit for YOURdevice model -for they are not interchangeable. You will get a failed result EVERY TIME.* This also works for BRICKED OnePlus devices. https://onepluscommunityserver.com/list/Unbrick_Tools/ For thespecific T-Mo OP9 Pro device, I have the ZIP file available to download along with step-by-step instructions on how to Flash Back to Android 11 on OP9 Pro - inside of my Google Drive folder : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PbVwsUqW8Zh1sJLgl4Uf-YMkzvr8PJt8?usp=sharing1.8KViews1like3ComentariosRe: Just got the tmobile android 12 update on my Oneplus 9pro global version and its causing issues
I rolled back to Android 11 (after updating to 12 via T-Mo OTA) using MSM Download Toolkit. I didn't like losing advanced reboot access & the 'seconds' option on the status bar clock. Also, myNothing (1) app wasn't optimized for Android 12 either and that was huge because it interfered with my earbuds. My navigation bar sometimes stayed in the landscape position after rotating back to portrait. Those things alone convinced me to ditch Android 12 for now on my T-Mobile OP9 Pro.24Visto0likes0Comentarios
