Call forwarding issue
Hello, I use my phone for when I am on-call at work and have not added/changed any call forwarding settings in my personal phone. There is a call forwarding phone system at my work and when a someone dials that number, the call should be forwarded to me, but does not dial and hangs up after a couple seconds. I'll use example #'s to make more sense of it. Someone would dial the phone system at work (111-111-1111), that number would be forwarded to my phone number (222-222-2222) and essentially should ring my personal phone. Instead, it does not ring and drops the phone call after a couple seconds. This was all happening with my ZFlip 4. I tried resetting all settings, formatting completely with no luck. Just yesterday, I upgraded to a ZFlip 6, same issue persists. I tried reformatting again, disabling wifi calls, and making sure all restricted/blocked calls were unblocked. Nobody else has this issue at my work (even with their t-mobile phones)and the IT dept has reported everything is working on their end. I have a work issued cell phone (T-Mobile as well) and that phone has hadno issues with receiving phonecalls either). Is there some setting specifically with the ZFlip phones that is prohibiting me from receiving the calls? Suggestions? Thanks.328Visto0likes0Comentarios
