CANNOT LINK GATEWAY NUMBER WITH TMOBILE ID
I received my T-Mobile Gateway for 5G internet and set it up on 3/10/23. I am a first time T-Mobile customer and only have internet at this time. The service has been great - I am up to 15 devices and have not had any trouble at all. However, I have had the hardest time creating a T-Mobile ID! At first it did not recognize my email address. It kept telling me to use the one that I gave when signing up for the service, which IS the one I was using. Did a little research and someone suggested trying to set up my ID through the T-Mobile community. I tried that and it worked! But now it is asking me to link my device number to my account. When I type the number for the gateway (I found the number in my T-Mobile Internet App) I get an error message "F451: Oooops, looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde". I have called tech support numerous times and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I have also reached out to T-Mobile on Facebook where they eventually created a "ticket" for my issue but I have yet to hear back and there is still no resolution. This is an issue that has been going on since 2021 per my research and reading old articles regarding the same issue. Can someone please help me?!214Visto1like2Comentarios
