are there any representatives any more?
I've been trying to reach a support representative for weeks now. I've waited over an hour on a number of occasions. SOME times the support line offers a call back (which used to work). Now call back is broken. a few weeks ago they had a recorded message saying as much, but they stopped playing that message a week ago. Chat via the app is worse then the Philippine support group (which seems to be gone). The CORPORATE stores are no help as they don't have very much account access and rely on the same customer service line that doesn't work. I'm seriously considering driving to Bremerton and knocking on their door. Any suggestions?
