Re: T-Mobile Website Broken since 2016 - 191 MILLION articles about it on Google - They won't fix it!
I have tried from at least 6 different computers laptops, using 4 different browsers, from home and from work.Again - Google the words I put in the first post...191,000,000 articles about it going back to at least 2016. No resolutions. When I complain about it to them on 611, they tell me to pay by phone, it will "only" cost me $10 bucks a month. That's a $120 a year tax on a large number of their customers just because one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world won't hire a competent web developer. No thanks. And Iam definitely not driving to a T-Mobile store every month to pay my bill when they have an online payment option they just refuse to maintain. When I set out this morning to find a replacement company, I had no issues logging into the websites of their competitors.0Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile Website Broken since 2016 - 191 MILLION articles about it on Google - They won't fix it!
Google search "T-Mobile Log In Loop". It has been impossible for me to make my payments online since I signed with T-Mobile in 2004. People have reported it online 191,000,000 times according to Google. Every month I complain about it while I am forced to call in to make payments. They have NEVER taken even a single action to attempt to fix this...probably because it forces people to pay them an extra 10 bucks every month just to pay their bill when they have to pay it by phone. Do you really trust a telecommunications website that can't keep a simple webpage running properly? Maybe this is why they have leaked all of their customers private data to the dark web TWICE now. They're incompetent.199Visto1like5Comentarios
