I had that problem and it was caused an app I used to block spam calls like RoboKillerIt puts some sort of conditional call blocker into your phone number. To clear it, you need to dial ##004# on your phone and make the call. It will reset all your call forwarding and conditional call settings. It might sound weird but tmobile has a lot of self service codes that uses ##xxx# to set and reset settings. Doc wrote: I did talk to Tmobile tech support and we think it may be the Robocall Blocker I had on my phone. We deleted it and are going to see if that works. After speaking with him, it occurred to me that the Robocall app should not block callers who are in my contacts, but anyway, we will see if that fixes it.
