Re: Native Visual Voicemail not working on my brand new Unlocked Pixel 6a phone
Why is the not fixed by someone? If it isn't a tMobile issue then someone from the company say so to give us something to throw at Google. If/when it starts working it always breaks when the phone is restarted or a update is pushed. Until recently once borked it would start working on its own after 2-3 days. Now as of the update on 6/1/23 it will just not fix itself, been 7 days and the its still there/ "Visual voicemail isn't working" after a while i'll get an additional "try again". This is such a joke, how hard can it possibly be. i see why people use iPhones but it would need to catch on fire for me to go down that path. I like any good tech challenge as long as there is a solution at the end of the adventure. hi tidbits, thanks for the reply. i tried your suggestion but right now it says "call voicemail to finish setting up" so not chance to "try again" i turned it off and back on and i get the same notice/warning. What i have noticed is if i don't restart the phone and just leave it alone for 2-3 days i will wake up one day with it activated. restart the phone after that and it borks it again. very frustrating i just wish i knew if it was being addressed and if it is tmoble or google, my guess is tmobile but i don't know. thanks again for your suggestion, next time i have the "try again" or "activate your vvm" i will re-try your suggestion.5Visto1like0ComentariosPixel 6a Native Visual VoiceMail Stopped working...again 5/2023
Hello, I have seen the other post(s) on this subject that is marked "solved", but it is not from where i sit. I still have "can't activate visual voicemail" I have had this phone since christmas last year and this feature worked great for a while. I believe It stopped working after a update or restart about a month ago. I called Tmo support and spent 30+ minutes with them before giving up, a couple days later it started working again. Now it has stopped...again. I believe me shutting the phone off the other night caused it. Anyone else with this issue and /or any ideas on how to fix it? If i force stop and uninstall updates on the phone app it appears to work for a few minutes then stops again. Pretty sure if i quit screwing with it it will start working again but this is a pain and really unacceptable. If there is a fix i will try just about anything or if this is know issue being worked on i will just shut up and be patient. any clues or ideas? thanks744Visto1like2Comentarios
