I purchased insurance when I brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I lost in when I were out of town on a birthday trip. I walk in to a T-Mobile to file a claim and to get help with using my old phone for back up while I wait for my replacement. Instead of giving me a SIM card they switch the phone out on my insurance. Now every time I file insurance claim my old phone is what's insured. This is a T-Mobile mistake and Assurant has spoken to them about this on plenty occasions T-Mobile also acknowledged their mistake but yet I still can't get a replacement phone for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I still pay insurance every month.
