injusto

I purchased insurance when I brought my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I lost in when I were out of town on a birthday trip. I walk in to a T-Mobile to file a claim and to get help with using my old phone for back up while I wait for my replacement. Instead of giving me a SIM card they switch the phone out on my insurance. Now every time I file insurance claim my old phone is what's insured. This is a T-Mobile mistake and Assurant has spoken to them about this on plenty occasions T-Mobile also acknowledged their mistake but yet I still can't get a replacement phone for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I still pay insurance every month. I want to sue T-Mobile any advice?

Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter using messenger.

Also the claim needs to be filed before the new sim is put in the old phone since the insurance covers the last activated phone on the claim.
