I'm having the same issue I've had it for 2 days. I can play online perfectly fine but when i try to make party chats on Xbox it crashes. I wanted to find the port forwarding and upnp fot the gateway but I can't seem to find it too,

I just want to be able to port forward and enable upnp. It is a better upgrade for me since I had satellite internet and I couldn't even game online with it. The data didn't even last 3 days thanks to game updates. So this new home internet is great. Like I said just looking for the option to port forward and enable upnp and NAT.

For now I'm using the xbox app on my phone for party chats. I got an Elgato chat link cable and I can hear the game off the controller and still chat in the party on my phone with my gaming headset. It's a little ridiculous but it works.
