of course they don't have a customer service email, because they don't want a paper trail showing how many times they tell you they're going to fix something and they don't. They'd rather tell you it's fixed and then make you call over and over again and speak to a new person who makes you go over the whole thing AGAIN, tells you they've fixed it AGAIN…. until you get pissed off enough to tell them you're going to cancel your service and go to AT&T or Verizon before they actually do anything.
