Re: T-Mobile I am Dissapointed, maybe internet is not your strong suite?
henry51 wrote: Hi@VodouPriest What do you mean? In what cities/towns does Mediacom have a presence? I've checked the mediacom website and it doesn't seem to be available where I live. At the same time I'm having difficulty figuring out where it is available. Obviously, even if mediacom has better speeds at a lower price than MTO HI, if it's not avalable in my market it's not an alternative. Normally you would go-to the site and enter your address they will tell you if they support your area. The Person who stated the areas doesn't state my location, so I would resort to their site and if it doesn't support your location go to Cox. It's better than Mediacom.8Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Wfi Sucks
Generally it doesn't matter about the location if you're in a good area to get excellent signal you should receive internet, it's congestion issue. TMobile sucks for support, because they can't fix this issue without building more 5G Towers' thus a congestion in the network everyone being on it is causing the problems.47Visto1like0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile I am Dissapointed, maybe internet is not your strong suite?

Wifi is 300mbps -400mbps. This is the fastest speed I've ever had. IF you want to know if they support you, go to their site and check :)7Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: no home internet service all day
Don't bother demanding it to be fixed… I had this issue for 5-6 months and I finally gave up and switched to mediacom 1gbps. I now get average with Ethernet cable. 900mbps speedtest. 300-400mbps wifi. I am paying the same price for Mediacom that TMobile charges for their internet. lololololl13Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Not impressed so far
This is at 8:33pm and I can't wait to see what the speed is at 11pm LOL normally it should increase since people go to bed and less congestion. This is what T-Mobile to thrive towards doing, so people don't regret wasting months and money on a useless service.7Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Not impressed so far
Yes, I feel your pain! I've had it for about a good 5 months or more with those months hoping they fix it… I was giving T-mobile a chance to fix their internet, however they never did, so I gave up and switched to a better service. It's a congestion issue and it'll never get solved unless they add more towers I assume… Although I got Mediacom now and I am receiving 500mbps down (Speedtest) (At night) 200-350mbps during day' for the same price as the 5G internet from Tmobile that doesn't even work properly.11Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Home internet speeds are unacceptable during the day.
I was receiving ""Very Good"" connection, however received 0 and I mean it no internet during the day what-so-ever… lol Congestion issues is the problem with everyone… There's not enough 5G Towers to go around. I will never look back on my switch to mediacom. I despised the T-Mobile support they never help at all! Even after I called them in a period of 5-6 months about 20 calls later I finally gave up on them.45Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile I am Dissapointed, maybe internet is not your strong suite?

My house has for people, stream on 4-5 devices, and enjoy the experience. I will say it did the a little work, butI'm not complaining for $50 per month. All good on my end. I highly suggest Mediacom or if you're in a area where you can get Cox, I suggest them too, however I pay literally a month $54 for 1Gbps. That's with the eero wifi device and modem. :P11Visto0likes0Comentarios
