The app is now working on our iPads and phones! Hallujah! We didn't do anything else and did not contact TMobile (or Netflix a second time). @bocaboy2591was the tower maintenance triggered by your call to tech support and the case opened? Or do you think the tower maintenance was already in motion? I don't wantto spend hours trying to deal with customer support but if that's what it takes to get them to evaluate tower near me (and whatever else), I guess I'll need to do it. We are having this same problem - it is specific to our iPads and Android phones. If we use our mobile data (hotspots) the Netflix app will work on these devices. ?? Started for us on Saturday, Feb 17. Had a brief time where the app was working on Sunday morning but the problem came back hours later. And we're still having it today (Feb 19). Interestingly, Netflix works on our Fire TVand Roku TV with the Tmobile box…. Just won't work with our iPads and Android phones.18Visto0likes0Comentarios
