They may be blocking common VIOP ports. I just called my personal cell from my work's Cisco Webex Soft Phone client (while using the company VPN), and it works for me. Find out what ports your particular phone uses, and call T-Mobile and ask. You may need to talk to a second-level tech support agent as port numbers are going to be above the standard call-center pay grade. ¡Buena suerte!5Visto0likes0Comentarios
