The FortiExtender 511G-WiFi Router is a ruggedized 5G cellular WAN edge device designed to extend secure broadband connectivity to enterprise, industrial, and remote environments. Integrated with the Fortinet Security Fabric, the 511G-WiFi delivers high-speed 5G NR Sub-6 GHz connectivity with LTE fallback while enabling centralized security, visibility, and policy enforcement through FortiGate firewalls.

Featuring an outdoor-rated enclosure with integrated Wi-Fi, Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, and advanced antenna design, the FortiExtender 511G-WiFi is optimized for deployments where signal strength, durability, and simplified installation are critical. It serves as a secure cellular extension for Fortinet SD-WAN and SASE architectures, enabling reliable primary or backup WAN connectivity in demanding locations.
