frustrado

I need help with my t mobile online account.  I can login with my email address and password.  But then it goes to linking my phone number to my account.  However, I don't have a phone number though tmobile.  And yes I've tried entering the phone number from my home internet and then it says the email is not the same email that I used to set up my account. So...... Can someone, anyone please help me before I completely lose my fn mind!!!!!!!!!!
