frustrado

I created an account when I tried transferring from Verizon. I created my Tmobile ID and when I went to log in it told me to check my 10 digit phone number to see if is correct. So I'm thinking I made it with one digit off. So I tried calling customer service and going into the store to see if I can reset my account pin and change the number ( cuz can't remember either one) and I'm being given the run around. I just wanna delete my account but no one is helping me. They tried charging me for a service I haven't used yet so I just want to delete my account.
