I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent30Visto0likes0ComentariosWorst Customer Service Rep
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a chat support interaction I had on September 12, 2024, at 6:07 PM with a representative named Xarina. Xarina provided incorrect information regarding my device installments, telling me that I had an additional payment due despite being informed earlier that this month would be my final installment. When I tried to clarify this, Xarina repeatedly advised me to wait for the bill to generate, rather than addressing the issue directly. Eventually, I spoke with another representative who explained that the system would update correctly on September 21, 2024, due to the installment start date. This was helpful, but it was frustrating that Xarina could not provide the same clarity and instead offered unhelpful advice. This experience highlights a need for better training and accountability for your support staff. Customer service representative "Johnpaul" has no respect for people's time. He replies to each of my text immediately with "okay" and then disappears for the next 20 minutes before he replies with anything meaningful. Such back-and-forth has been going on for at least 10 rounds (so 200 minutes altogether) before he says "there is no solution. call tmobile customer service number." How is it that you can be on the phone for 1 hour 20 minutes, talk to 4 people, 2 of them supervisors to get one name taken off who left the account a year ago and leave one of the remaining people on the account as the head of it? Instead one supervisor said "oh yes we can do that" I asked " it will be left as the sane account just a different account manager right?" Them...oh yes that's right. Well NO! It was not right! After we got transferred to 3 other people it ended that they wanted to make it a new account! Of course they did and charge more, because we are grandfathered in to the account we have now and they are no others like it both price and what we get. So how hard is it to take a name off who has left T Mobile and make one of the remaining people manager? MUST BE PRETTY HARD! BECAUSE IT TOOK 1.5 HOURS AND NOTHING LIKE THAT COULD HAPPEN!! You guys arelucky your service is better here than others because I would drop you like a hot potato! All 3 lines plus wifi router! Why does it take 4+ hours of zero customer service…. Just music.. Spanish.. Music.. Spanish.. NonStop.. for over 4 hours.. The only time ive ever talked to anyone was BEFORE i was a customer.. I created an account when I tried transferring from Verizon. I created my Tmobile ID and when I went to log in it told me to check my 10 digit phone number to see if is correct. So I'm thinking I made it with one digit off. So I tried calling customer service and going into the store to see if I can reset my account pin and change the number ( cuz can't remember either one) and I'm being given the run around. I just wanna delete my account but no one is helping me. Hello, I was trying to use chat support earlier, but I found that it seemed to reset if I was trying to navigate to other links within the site, or something like a disconnect (though I was not disconnected from the internet) occurred. There also seemed to be a possible bug that while i was in the same window, that an existing chat agent window was active, but the bot window opened, then the active agent disappeared (possibly without opening a link).
