“you are unable to make calls at this time” #FamilyAllowances

I added Family Allowances and was trying to not allow my son's line to make calls after 9PM. It's 11:53AM, and my phone can't make calls. I'm given a stupid message that I can't make calls or send texts. 
 

per usual customer service is trash. They had me reset my network settings and promised to call me back. But they haven't.
