account recovery help with lost phone
My phone is lost, and it was under Sprint before the merge. I cannot recovery my email and the cloud connected to it for my pictures, so I need help.
If you had some sort of device protection on your Sprint account, you should be able to go through the process of filing a claim for it. We have dedicated Care folks on Social and over the phone that should be able to look at your account and take the steps needed to get you taken care of.
