Bait and Switch Fees
I thought i-mobile would be a better company to deal with than Verizon but now I see you are just sneakier. They have high fees but at least I knew what they were. I called t-mobile to setup...
My thanks to you both for pushing me to get this resolved through FB. I still don't know why your call in support could not resolve the issue but it is now resolved to my satisfaction.
