Being charged fees and taxes on old addresses
I recently looked back at my billing history, and I am being charged T-Mobile fees and charges as well as government taxes on fees on 3 separate addresses. One address I haven't lived at in over 10 years, and the other address I moved from 4 years ago. Has anyone had that happen to them?

Omg I just noticed I am being charged for old addresses, we definitely need a class action if this has happened to others.

This has happened to me and my husband. Finding out now that we have been paying for an extra line first with sprint then t mobile . It's under taxes and it's my husband's old address but he never lived there when he got the phone plan. So been paying this for almost 20; yrs ! I am getting proof and would be in for a class lawsuit let's get it done now

I had noticed this charge and made contact via the support line ending in 8997. The customer service rep did not ask me why I was calling, just started with giving me my balance. I explained that my account is on auto pay, and I had a question about this item on my bill. They first told me there were no taxes and fees included in my bill. I assured them there certainly are line items, in a section titled "Taxes and Fees"
I drew their attention to the address information, once I had my chance to speak. This was only after they assured me that even though there is a listing for taxes and fees, these charges were no being paid extra for, as they are included in my bill.
I explained that it was really frustrating, being told that a line item that is clear with an associated cost was included in my bill, as though it is not part of the monthly charges.
Each time I offered my response to their statements, I was put on a brief hold so the person on the other end could listen and try to understand what I was saying.
I am paying two separate charges of $1.50, one for the address where I live now, and one for the address I used to live when I opened my account with Nextel (who then was purchased by Sprint, who was then purchased by T-Mobile)
Have not lived at the other address in over 20 years!!! so this means I have paid over $350.00 for nothing!
Who do we need to talk to at T-Mobile to get this resolved?? Does it really need to become a class action lawsuit?
How much of their 19 Billion in revenue is due to small charges like this that go unnoticed?
Seems to me the people in customer service are well aware, and do nothing to help get these charges removed and the customers reimbursed!!

so you have been paying triple what you are supposed to be paying?
you will need to contact TMO either through calling in or the recommended would be through either Facebook or Twitter..higher tier support with the last two.

I realize that this thread is old, however, I have the same problem.
I have not tried to rectify it but will soon. I noticed the charges for three different addresses, one of which I have not lived at in over twenty years. The fees average around $17.00 a month and who knows how long they have been doing this.
I looked back over a year of statements and they are all on there, so I can only assume that they go years back.
Other than “Saltina”, has anyone else succeeded in getting any type of refund?
I think more of a class action lawsuit would be appropriate. I love T-Mobile, but they have been in hot water before over false or inaccurate charges.
This is "saltina," and I am on the phone now again, a year later, and having to get another refund because the 911 fee for the address is still being charged to me along with addresses being mislabeled to other lines, and overcharged on taxes. I hope it is done correct this time, and I told them if this doesn't get addressed, class action lawsuit is coming I'm sure.
