Bill dispute
Received notification that bill was due today. I do not feel this is correct,due to the 13 day delay of receiving the router needed to utilize the internet service. This billing problem was to be noted and rectified to my account,as of phone conversation with support, as well as with agents in person of the local T-MOBILE store. Where I received the router in person.
