Can I extend my phone bill

Hey I’m having problems with my bank card - I’ve ordered another one should be here any day . 
my phone is 19188092064 

I need to make payment arrangement- 

8/15 and 8/30 are fine 

should be able to pay bill sum by 8/21 - 

however I can't give you a card # to pay until my new one comes in -I'm getting text that I need to make a payment arrangement. My bill should not be due until the 15th. Please allow an extension and as soon as my card comes in, I will set up a payment arrangement online before the 15th.
