Can't see replies to my texts, Google Pixel 3XL
I can text and people get my texts but they later say they replied but I never saw it.
Customer support had me check OS which is up to date, do a “reset” in settings.
People still say they are sending me text messages but I don’t get them.
Restarted phone a few times, nothing changes.
¿Tienes alguna idea?

Have you tried changing the sms app? Also the people who's text you aren't receiving using an iPhone?

I guess I don't know how to do that? Are there other SMS apps besides the android one that came with the Pixel 3XL? thank you.

I'm having the same issue, and so is my mother. We both have Galaxy S21+'s on t-mobile. I've done some pretty extensive testing, and I'm specifically not receiving text messages from Verizon users with iPhones. Everything else comes through fine. Here is what I've tried:
-disabling chat features
-switching to a different sms app
-restarting my phone
-disabling iChat on the sending iPhone
-had 4 different people text me from Verizon iphones, but none were received
-had 1 person text me from a Verizon Galaxy S22 (with chat features disabled), and it was received successfully
-had 1 person text me from an AT&T iPhone, and was received successfully
-had 1 person text me from T-Mobile Google Pixel, and was received successfully
-had 1 person text me from T-Mobile Galaxy S21+, and was received successfully
-had 1 person with Verizon iPhone text another with T-Mobile Google Pixel, and it was received successfully
Currently on hold with T-Mobile support, while my friend is on the phone with Verizon support. I'll post an update if we figure anything out.

I suspect Verizon is the problem, and would love to find out what they say to your friend. My son who's on T-Mobile replied and I received it instantly. My daughter who's on Verizon replied and I never saw it.

Irritatingly, Verizon first tried to tell my friend that upgrading to a Premium plan might fix it because "cell towers are saturated". Which is total BS. Then had him send more messages after "changing something" a few times, but none came through. Right now they resetting his phone and activating eSIM.
I spoke with a T-Mobile support rep, who put in a ticket with engineering - hopefully that will go somewhere. I'll keep you posted.

Thank you! These companies never seem willing to just admit there’s a network problem or a bug in an update or something.

Well, Verizon gave up and told my friend it must be on my end, but like an hour later all the messages I missed came in all at once. I guess that must mean the T-Mobile engineers figured it out? Haven't heard anything back regarding the ticket, but everything seems to be working now.

baldrich64, that's exactly what happened to me! I was sitting here and glanced at my phone where a message quickly flashed and disappeared saying "call blocking has been disabled to allow emergency services to contact you". Then all the missing texts from yesterday and today came pouring in one after the other. I most certainly did NOT enable any emergency call blocking.
