Charge me twice for the same bill

Sorry to hear that you were charged twice! It sounds like your auto payment went through before your check arrived to us. We can take a look at your payment history and issue a refund if there was a double charge. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, please use the links in my signature to message our T-Force team since they will be able to securely access your account and do a thorough investigation.
This just happened to me as well and this process has been a nightmare. I have been with them 6 years and the just keep telling me i only see one charge even after i confirmed with supervisor on the phone (with my bank on the phone)) that it was in fact charged twice and it posted. They stated they are trying to help and then asked me to fax something. When explained that i did not have a fax they asked me to go to the library. When i again explained, they didn't have to go to the library to taken y money if they could give it back. Hasnt been that long but we will wait and see, so disappointed. And to make it worse no mention of anything for the headache waisted all day on the phone for nothing.
