data speed has frustratingly slowed down. so frustrating

Well, looks like happened 7 months ago; however, I got the same problem today 11/19/21. Before I had Oneplus 7 plus and when TMo started with 5G I was having problem with text that never arrive on time, may be a day or 2 or a weeks after. I researched and suggested that I must have a 5G, then I bought one. The speed for data is not acceptable as were before.
Any suggestions. Please advice.
