Deactivate Number
Will the original account holder be notified if I deactivate my number and get my own plan?
Unless you are authorized to make changes to the original account, you will not be allowed to deactivate your line. You can contact Tmobile support to see if you are authorized. Authorization can only be granted from the original account holder.
