Device Bill Credit question
I recently signed up for T-Mobile and was told that I should qualify for the promotion to get a Google Pixel 6a for free (monthly bill credits). Looking at my bill online though, its not showing a cr...
It can take 1-2 FULL billing cycles to show up. Usually it just takes one. If it doesn't show up your next bill(you still get 24 credits over 24 months) then that's a cause for concern and may need to contact Customer support.
I have been calling every month for T-Mobile to apply the credit and it's been almost a year. Definitely changing providers, can't believe they can't fix something so simple
