Free phone offer ???
Have you trade in your phone and received one plus nord 200 as free phone but later billed for 24 months. I was fooled by T mobile. Anyone like this ?
All the free phones Tmobile offers are paid with 24 months of bill credits.

Hey gramps28 There was no paper singed during that time all was verbally done. The first billing shows the regular bill plus $5.40 for device protection and the next billing shows replaced $ 5.40 to $ 9.00 for device 24 installment.
Therefore free phone is just their trick to entice me to grab it. Are you with them?

You should get a PDF of the agreement. Plus when I sign into MyTmobile account and go to upgrade phones the Nord says it free with 24 months of bill credits and a traded in working phone.
I did not upgrade my phone , I just asked why no signal that time and no PDF or papers I received.
I stop this thread and I can’t do nothing because its there already.
