I can’t extend my prepaid plan
I switched from postpaid to prepaid plan because I will spend more time in Europe then in Usa, but I want to keep my Usa phone number. My prepaid plan expired 2 days ago and I didn't pay extension on time. Now I don't have service and I tried to pay it online. I already paid $15 refill as guest using my phone number, but I still don't have service. I can't even log in to my T mobile account because it is asking for a security code which I can't get cuz I don't have service. Can you please help me reactivate my number?

Try connecting your device to WiFi Calling. It needs an active prepaid plan for your service to be restored. Do you have roaming enabled on your device?
If you allow your account to go for 60 days without an active plan, your account will be vlosed and you will lose your number.
