In request of Magenta Max 20% code

Usually the Tmobile employees don’t visit this site much but they do on the reddit Tmobile site and they usually have a section there.

I moved to Tmobile and the store guy set up my account with 4 lines with Magenta Max. He gave me 20% off with an insider code last week but i am still waiting for it to be reflected in my bill which is already out and due on 15days. Anybody knows why is it taking this long to be shown on my bill?? when he checked the status it shows submission received. He says it's a matter of days but it has been already a week since i opened this account. Gracias

The first bill is generated when you sign up. Any discounts that take time to be processed, such as the Insider Discount, won't show on the first bill. Sometimes it takes up to 2-3 billing cycles. Try checking the Plan Details under your account on the website to see if the Insider Discount shows up there. I just switched to T-Mobile two weeks ago and the Insider Discount shows there for me, but I haven't gotten a bill with it yet.

Nope, it doesn't show it. It does show promo P11 and P2. One is for a 3rd line free and the other one for iPhone trade in I did when open the account. But still won't show the internal discount P4. Although I messaged with an agent and they told me it's an internal discount and will be there by 1-2 billing cycle. But by next week I am still contacting the store guy cause he sold me this plan with the discount.
