We placed a call to a collect international Bank Card customer service back in December 2022, the call was not to be charged to my tmobile acccount but it was. I ended paying U$ 80,00 for that call. I have the card tool free picture of the number we dialed but still I got charged. I want a full refund of that charge.

you will need to contact TMO either through calling them (tier 1 support) or through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter(tie 2 support). the site admins/moderators do not have account access.
