Netflix for different lines
Do every line in my family plan gets a different netflix or do we have to login from a single account on my Tmobile one plan?
No it's just one Basic 2 device plan. They all share the same login and you can make up to 5 profiles.
Ok so I have 5 lines, and I'm charged $5 per line for Netflix. We all use the same Netflix, so can I take off the $5 charge on 4 of the other lines? I don't know if I'm being charged for 5 netflix accounts, and we all share just 1.
It's a great question. I have 3 lines that I pay the extra fee for Magenta Max on that is supposed to include Netflix but we all have to share a single Netflix account. So even though I pay for my family members phones and pay the extra Magenta Max fee for every line, some of my users will be denied access to Netflix if they don't live in my house or share my wired internet connection that Netflix uses to determine qualification for usage on a single account.
The Magenta Max pricing model is directly at odds with the Netflix single account usage restrictions that are being rolled out and used to deny users access.
so you can pay for Netflix on a Magenta Max plan and pay the extra for a user who may not be able to use Netflix if they are for instance in college and not living in your home.
