Never ever mail a phone to tmobile
A few months ago I took advantage of a tmobile trade where I could trade in my s9+ for an $800 credit towards a s21 ultra. I returned my s9+ with in the specified time. The billing issues then begin....
Do not mail Tmobile a phone for trade in - READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING INTO A PROMOTION
I was told I am eligible for a promotion for trading in iPhone 11 for iPhone 13, and one month later, Tmobile come back saying my phone screen is craked (I shipped a perfectly fine phone and wrapped well). Now they dropped my promotion and I am stuck with a full iPhone 13 bill. If you want to lock the promotion, trade in your old phone in store, or else you will be stuck with whatever Tmobile says/wants to charge. Horrible experience, avoid sending them a phone!
