New disconnect/reconnect fees
According to the new updated terms: TMobile will now start charging a fee if someone is having trouble paying their bill and service is cut. They will also be charging a fee to reconnect the service...
most companies do this..never had your power at home turned off for lack of payments or for that matter Comcast..you get a re connection fee.
