Not PAH even though I just got two lines with keep and switch? (Neither is the other line.)
I just transferred two numbers and phones over from Verizon, and now, somehow, neither of the lines is the PAH and neither can get through to anyone on the phone, because the security pin is wrong/unrecognized. And the only suggestion I've seen for fixing that, is to contact the primary account holder. Who doesn't exist.
So what happened was, I went in to the T-Mobile store and we got everything set up, in terms of eSIMs and number transfers. When I left, I assumed I was the primary account holder.
Now, an afternoon of trying later, I don’t have control of my account and I don’t know how to fix that.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
