How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office?

How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office?  I reached out to T-Mobile on December 18 with an inquiry and keep getting told that someone would call me which has not happened.  This is an unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer.  It seems the representatives on T-Mobile chat just lied their way through our multiple conversations.  I'm fed up!

I would really request that somebody calls me back to discuss the way I was treated by one of your managers. It's disgraceful to the company and looks very bad for T-Mobile. You have a great reputation and everybody else has been fantastic but this one manager stood out and has been a  thorn in the side for T-Mobile trust me.

T-Mobile Is so unprofessional the customer service department don't have any knowledge of handling customers issues at all the supervisor’s are also the worse!I have been trying to reach the corporate office all week to discuss my issues that I'm having with T-Mobile they also are robbing people blind!I would not recommend family nor friends to this company!!
If someone can direct me to corporate that would be great.!

You can do a Google search for Tmobile corporate contacts since Tmobile doesn't publicly list them.

This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that doesn't have account access so a lot of people use messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.

Can ANYONE offer any help Please!

I returned a phone per all of t-mobiles instructions.  I am now being charged for said phone.  Records clearly show the phone I returned was received and signed for and yet t-mobile is still charging me for the phone.  I have spent over 6 hours and a month and a half on the phone being told the problem will be investigated.  They are still charging me for the phone and the problem is not getting resolved.  All numbers lead 611.  I would appreciate any help please.

Unfortunately you have to write a letter to corporate.I looked all over to see if I could find a contact #.What I did was leave a bad review on here and a supervisor contacted me.I hope this helps.

Some how it is hard to say that is there a worse cell phone provider than Straight Talk. T-Mobile has made the bottom of the list of all cell service providers. Reps make many excuses and try to make the company rules work for them and thrown the customer under the bus. Corporate stores vs authorized dealers are so different that they do not align with corporate. The sales rep at Walmart was a complete liar and tells you what she wants to gain a sale. I have been dealing with these none working phones for 4 months. Billing issues for 3 months of over charges, cause the Walmart rep did not set it up correctly, Then phone reps promising that it has been fixed. Three months later still automatic drafts with over charges. So I am out of town and T-Mobile overcharged me and I was not able to get a hotel room for the night ( I was out on business), so my wife and I had to sleep at the grocery store parking lot. I address the concern with T-Mobile and they did not care. My phones from day one had not worked properly since day one. I called and had many promises to repair, call backs and neither had been done. The last rep/supervisor over looked that I said day one and said that I had 30 days to take the phones back but placed it on the authorized dealer when I had been calling in. Everything there after then revolved against the 30 day return policy. Therefore no resolution, tried escalating and he says he is as high as I can escalate other than writing a letter my mail. So how does it take 4 months with no resolution from a company like T-Mobile. We made the move to get away from Straight Talk bad customer service and T-Mobile ended up being the worst! So my recommendation is do not buy from an authorized dealer, they have the bottom end of the products and they do not align to T-Mobile. If there is no stock do not get into the contract as it will mess everything up. Read everything cause T-Mobile does not  care about you once they think they have you locked in. I have asked for escalation or call from corporate and was told nobody will call us back. So it really looks like I am searching another carrier.
