We know it's super important to get calling and delayed messaging issues like this resolved. Issues like those can be caused by another of issues but we do have some troubleshooting steps you can follow that'll help. If you're using a Non-T-Mobile device, you'll want to place your SIM into a T-Mobile supported device to see if the issues continue. If they only happen only in the Non-T-Mobile device, a last resort will be resetting the phone. I appreciate all the testing you've done and I wish it was resolved. I'm not 100% familiar with this phone, but do you have the option to change the band to 2G, 3G, or 4G to see if messages and calls work a little better? It can be kinda tricky getting something like this resolved but this is another good test to see if it's related to a certain frequency.
