Going through exact issue! Was told "be patient and wait a couple of billing cycles…". Waited 3 cycles then told "Sorry you did not reach out in time so credits expired…"!!! They screwed me out of $1200. Filed BBB report and looking into a class action lawsuit. T mobile is horrible, service barely works here. Going back to Verizon and moving my business lines too. The people in the store lied to my face.
