Proxy By Digits

Yesterday, I talked to 611 so I could add a, "Proxy By Digits" line and it will use the digits app. I've read everything about it and it says it can be added to any postpaid account and 611 verified that. She processed the order which can take up to 24 hours to setup. What I don't understand is, she had to have my debit card to process this order even though it's free to every postpaid account. The rep at 611 said she will call me back later to see if it's been added to the digits app and it was not when she called. She said she will call back in 24 hours which was 2 hours ago. Hopefully she will call back. 
 

I ended up taking to T-Force and she did the same exact thing as 611 did so two orders were placed. It's been over 24 hours. I'm using a iPhone 13 Pro Max unlocked with ESIM 1 with Xfinity Mobile and eSIM 2 with T-Mobile. 
Has anyone went thru this process and if so, what did you have to do? And did you finally get the proxy number added?

By the way, this was yesterday when I did this. 2/13/2024
