Hello Fire-Guy The reason I stayed was the service as stated but now I am trying to get T-Mobiles attention - REF: iPhone 8 yes I get eh refurbished phone but my agreement with T -Mobile for the last 7 years doesn't say “ IF WE CAN FIND YOU A WORKING PHONE” - So thank you for the response I left out a lot of bad details.
