Never ever mail a phone to tmobile

In the end Tmobile has an s10 they did not have to give credt to someone for, they have my s9+ that they did not give credit for. To add insult to financial injury they offered a $200 credit on my account. Leaving a $700 loss. Tmobile set up the exchange program with no reliable tracking system. I know I am not the only person who has been treated to this special trade in/theft program.
