New disconnect/reconnect fees
According to the new updated terms: TMobile will now start charging a fee if someone is having trouble paying their bill and service is cut. They will also be charging a fee to reconnect the service...
I don't have issues paying my bills and never had my utility services turned off. I just think of the principle of the thing. If you don't pay, services get cut. But that doesn't seem to be enough, you still get charged just for not being able to make the payment after services are cut, and then charged to have them restored. MetroPCS doesn't do that. How much does it cost t-mobile to flip a switch?
