I'm having the exact same problem. Both the website and the app will not accept my phone number so I cannot log into my account. I also cannot get short SMS (2 factor authentication) messages anymore. I verified "block unknown senders" is not on. I have called T-Mobile and they worked on it for 2 hours then hung up on me. I called back again and they said they don't understand why it's not working - but no solution. Calling back a third time to hopefully get someone who's run into it before or who has the technical skill to solve it. The person said they also tried it on thier end and it won't allow that number to be registered…. (everything was working fine until about 3 weeks ago).
