Why would that be true? T-Mobile does not block incoming texts unless they are spam or scams.
Because it is. I am having the same problem, bank just told me that T-Mobile is blocking the calls and texts.
Are you on a legacy prepaid or on an old no credit check plan? If no then it's your bank as certain legacy plans which there is no credit check would block most short codes. New plans from the last 4 year iirc no longer have the restriction.
