What happened to customer service???
T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ON CALLS AND ONLINE. IN STORE THEY ARE GREAT. CALLING OR CHATTING WITH THEM? NOPE. NOT IN THE US. I CAN BARELY UNDERSTAND THEIR ENGLISH, THEY FOR SOME REASON HAVE HIGHER PRICES AND DOWN PAYMENTS THEN GOING INTO THE ACTUAL STORE WHICH BLOWS MY MIND. I HAVE BARELY ANY SERVICE ANYWHERE I GO. I NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM WITH VERIZON. I HAD SERVICE EVERYWHERE. IM SWITCHING BACK MOSTLY BECAUSE THEY OFFER EXISTING CUSTOMERS NOTHING!! SECOND BECAUSE I DONT NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP READING OFF IF THEIR LITTLE SHEEY ON WHAT TO SAY?? REALLY? TRAIN THEM OR GET RID IF THEM. SO MANY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING AND GOING BACK TO VERIZON WHERE I ACTUALLY HAVE SERVICE ALL OVER. I COUKBE IN AN UNDER GROUND TUNNEL OR ON A CLOUD AND STILL HAVE SERVICE. WHAT T-MOBILE HAS ARE ROBOTS. AND NOT INTELLIGENT ONES EITHER. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. SORRY.
