what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
- Hace 2 años
That was announced months ago. It is because credit card companies charge a service charge that is based on the percentage of every transaction, which eats into T-Mobile's revenue. Removing the auto pay discount for credit cards negates that.
I canceled my service because I hate this from the "uncarrier". Amex gives a $10/credit per month plus comes with device insurance. My option is give that up, or pay an extra $60/year. They just effectively raised our rates despite their price lock guarantee. I hope they enjoyed buying my phone a few months ago for me to leave because they couldn't keep up their side of the bargain. I'm now paying $15 / month for my phone, watch and insurance after discounts with Visible. I was paying $90 for one line with T-mobile. I'm so over phone companies playing games!
