I just received an update that my.t-mobile.com is back up and running. If you're still having issues logging in, please let me know. If your issue has to do with the My T-Mobile site but you're able to log in, please create a new discussion so we can keep things nice and tidy around here.
T-MOBILE ONLINE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. WHEN I WANT TO LOOK AT MY BILL, BELOW IS WHAT I GET. THIS HAS BEEN GOING FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS.
